Janeth Bailey
Born and raised in Colombia, Janeth grew up on her family’s coffee farm, where she learned the importance of hard work, family, and serving others. After building a career in marketing and sales, she moved to Arizona with her husband, Stuart, where they started a successful home remodeling business. Through that journey, they discovered a passion for helping families understand the value of homeownership and real estate investing.
Today, Janeth is dedicated to guiding clients through one of life’s biggest financial decisions with honesty, education, and care. Having invested in real estate in both Colombia and the United States, she understands firsthand the opportunities homeownership can create. Outside of real estate, Janeth enjoys hiking, cooking, traveling, and giving back through her church, her son’s school community, and local nonprofits.
