New Agents

New agents at Valor Home Group go through a 6-week training program designed to bridge the gap between passing the exam and actually succeeding in the business. We provide hands-on training, personalized business planning, and system guidance so agents know exactly how to build and run their business.

During the program, transaction coordination is covered, allowing new agents to focus on learning, serving clients, and growing their pipeline while being mentored through their first deals.
